The Energy Analysis for New Homes from plans will show in
detail what must be done for your specific home to meet
EnergyStar Labeling. Plans must be sent by mail.
Rem/Rate 11.4 version software will be used to rate the home
and a full report will be sent back to you within two weeks.
Our fee will include rating analysis report, consulting
by phone, and another fee will be charged when the home
is completed to Certify the Home as EnergyStar with a Partner
Subcontractor within your state (HERS approved).
Fees:
Rating from plans with Tech support and prescriptive solutions
package:
$150
Final Testing to Certify Home (includes): Blower Door testing,
Prescriptive checklist, Duct Blaster test, Verification of
mechanical equipment model #'s, Insulation/vapor barrier
check, final report with Certificate and Energy Star Label.
$300
