Home Performance Solutions is a multi inspector firm that is a Nationally
recognized provider of Certified Home Energy Ratings through RESNET and the
EPA. Raters are high caliber consultants with backgrounds in Engineering, heat
flow, Fluid Dynamics and Building Science.
We work hand in hand with Builders, Architects, ECO Friendly Real Estate
Agents, Designers, and Homeowners to build, upgrade or renovate homes and
commercial buildings to become extremely energy efficient. These results are
displayed in Computer software REM/Rate showing the Carbon reduction in
emissions, NOx Emissions (acid rain) to give a Footprint of Energy use, reduction
and also credibility for renewable resources.
We have received the Energy Star Achievement award for Certifying more than
150 homes per year in 2001,2002,2003,2004,2005, 2006 and 2009. Certified
Rater Members and Provider of Residential Energy Services Network RESNET.
We've preformed more than 2,500 inspections combined since 2000 and
growing.

design process consist of an in-depth analysis of how much Power your house
uses or would use in BTU’s based on your building Materials, Mechanical
Equipment, Location, Wall Direction, lighting, etc…

Building Techniques, Materials and Equipment you can use for high efficiency.
We base it on a Lifetime building cost and energy savings analysis listing which
methods would be best suited to your specific home. In the end Your Home will
be certified and tested as a EPA Energy Star Home!
